WHO WE ARE
The Knolls Master Association is a covenant protected community established in 1998 located in Grand Junction Colorado. The Association is governed by a four member board, and is supported by a CPA firm and a Community Association Management Company. Each lot in the Knolls has access to pressurized irrigation.

DEADLINE: Ballots must be received on or before, December 22, 2025 to be counted.

Irrigation for The Knolls runs from April through October. Specific start-up and shut-down dates are announced via our e-Communication service.

Each property is to follow the Irrigation Schedule, which was mailed to you in early spring. Please refer to the Homeowner Guides above for more information and the annual Irrigation Schedule.
